A little history:
The municipality of Carency is installed in the valley created by the Carency on the edge of the plateau of Artois. Growing zone until the nineteenth century, the village supplied the sacramental wine to all parishes in the region.

To see:
- The church bell: The last date of 1749, she was baptized by Marie Therese de Montmorency. In July 1915, the tower was destroyed. In order to secure the bell, the authorities decided his transfer to the night of September 20 to 21 following the military cemetery at Villers-au-bois. It was then stored at the Hotel des Invalides in Paris, until his final return March 22, 1931.
At the top of the bell reads the inscription "Louis Ernest Gabriel, Prince de Montmorency, Parin - And Marie Therese de Montmorency, Countess of Nancre, Maraini - I belong to the Church of Carency - year 1749".
