Master chocolatier in Lens since 1992, Mr. Jeanson is famous for its chocolate specialties that enhance the area. This is the case of "Frivolités Lensoises" but also "Fleur de Bonheur" and "Coeur de Braise". Pyramidal in shape and made from yarrow (plant growing on the heaps nearby), the chocolate "Coeur de Braise" celebrates the arrival of the Louvre in Lens. "Fleur de Bonheur" chocolate was created to support the classification of the Mining Basin as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With lavender scent, this chocolate is reminiscent of the flower that was supposed to bring good luck to the miners going down to the bottom.

Pastry cook of the cafeteria of Louvre-Lens, he created the dessert "Louvre-Lens", all chocolate. He has also produced a box "Louvre-Lens" which contains the story of three grandmothers, widows of minors, thanks to which the Louvre Museum is located in Lens. Three grannies who lived in the corons with their gardens in vis-à-vis. Why a collector's box?Because it includes an official stamp and a collection medal, both limited edition created exclusively for the Louvre-Lens museum. This box contains five varieties of chocolate candy more original than the others.

To celebrate the Centenary of the Great War, Jean-Claude Jeanson has launched a new box of 3 chocolates scented with poppy, forget-me-not and blueberry, the flowers of the memories.
