A sensitive natural area on a former mining site

Once vast marshy area waters winglois marshes were used in the 18th century by Vauban for the defense of Lille. The peat was extracted there until 1850. Thirty anas later, coal mining began with many shale deposits which filled swamps. Today this Sensitive Natural Area of ​​the Department of the Pas-de-Calais allows the fauna and flora to express themselves peacefully.
Two loops are proposed: the "path of acacias" (1.7 km) with a view of the pond acacias, and the "trail Hulluch" (1,6 km). Allow 1 hour walk for all.
